Chris Smith who co-founded Curaytor a real estate marketing company for realtors wrote this book after running many facebook and sales campaigns for real estate agents.
It is a book focused on marketing for real estate agents and converting those people into customers but it's more of a sales book and has great insights into the psychology of an internet buyer. We talk a lot on the show about using social media for advertising and engaging with your customers.
Not every section of this book is going to be for the non- real estate person but there definitely many that you can
read and apply to your restaurant marketing.
