Mike has done a tremendous job building up his business to the point where they no longer need him to work many hours inside the kitchen, which is what I think most of the people listening to this podcast have as their goal. The goal is to build up a location with the team that is prepared enough to operate the business without the owner.
Mike has done that, it's taken him some time building the systems and hiring the right folks to do it but he's figured it out and on this podcast today we are talking all about that.
