Frank Pinello from Best Pizza and The Pizza Show stops in to chat pizza and business.
Frank opened Best Pizza in Brooklyn after attending culinary school and working at Roberta’s Pizza. Frank wanted to open a classic New York slice shop but do it his way. Using high-quality ingredients at an affordable price was the goal from the beginning.
Frank and I also discuss how The Pizza Show got started from a simple meeting and a visit to his families home for a special dinner.
