Pizza Togos Scott Heise 

Scott is the Owner of Pizza Tugos in Ocean City Maryland. Scott has been in the business for most of his life. As the operator of a seasonal business Scott has to manage a the difference between being extremly busy in the summer to not so busy in the winter. 

Scott loves talking pizza and he gives some great tips inside this episode. He has a unique business that is almost like opening a new store every summer. Scott say's he has 2 seasons summer, and getting ready for summer. 

It's important to have a process for hiring, running, and finding good employees and Scott and I talk about just that in this episode.

Marla Topliff is the president of Rosati's pizza. Marla is also the Chairman of the National Restaurant Association Pizzeria Industry Council which was started to help answer questions for pizzeria owners. As President Marla is in charge of overseeing the tremendous growth of Rosati's Pizza.

Brad Corbin of Sloopys Sports Cafe

Brad started at Sloopys Sports Cafe12 years ago just working his way through school. After working there for a few years and thinking about finding a new path, an opportunity caem up to buy in.

Brad has now owned that location for 6 years and recently opened a second location. In Sloopys second location Brad partnered with an employee who wanted an opportunity to grow and be a partner in the business.
